Rousler Carbon, a fresh entrant into the sport engineering industry has been founded on a 14 point prospectus, laid out here.

2. Ownership
I am responsible for everything that happens in my life, whether it is at work, home, with my family or in pastime activities that I choose to pursue. I am accountable for my actions, outcomes and results. I know that for things to change, first I must change.
3. Integrity
Whoever I interact with, I will do so with integrity to always ensure a win:win resolution whenever dealing with clients, suppliers and members of the Rousler team. Acting with integrity means always speaking the truth, delivering what I promise, only making arrangements that I know I am willing and able to keep. The potential breakdown of any agreement must be communicated at the earliest opportunity, and resolved immediately.
4. Excellence
Whoever deals with Rousler will experience excellence, in the product, its delivery and the experience they receive every time they use the product. This means providing added value for the long term, constant innovation and improvement with a desire to do more with less.
5. Communication
I will speak positively about team members, clients, suppliers and Rousler at all times – without exception. I will never use or listen to sarcasm or gossip. I acknowledge what is being said as true for the speaker at that moment and I take responsibility for responses to my communication. I greet and farewell people using their name. I always apologise for any upsets first and then look for a solution. I only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved. As a team we will remain in regular contact with our clients, to make certain that they are able to maintain their superior performance.

Rousler will guarantee success by enabling sportspeople to release their true potential. I am proud of this and my competence which I will display along with my personal confidence. I am a successful person because I focus all of my thoughts, energy and attention on the successful outcome of whatever I am doing.
7. Education
A thirst for continuous education is a virtue I hold to be valuable. Only by educating ourselves will we know what to do next, in order to improve, master and grow. I welcome mistake making, because I learn from my mistakes.
8. Team Work
The commitment of the team will shape Rousler and form its success. My commitment will shape the team and its success. I am a flexible team member and team leader, willing and able to change what I’m doing if it’s not working, and do whatever is required to ensure that the team stays together to a achieve team goals. I know to ask for help when I need it, and when to be compassionate and support others who ask for help. I focus on a resolution, not a compromise.
9. Balance
Unsustainable bursts of excellence can be difficult for the team to accommodate. I am a capable team member who has a well balanced approach to life. I strive to maintain the important balance between work, home, families, friends, and within pastime activities, social events as well as financial and intellectual aspects. This balanced approach will contribute to a team who will be excellent all of the time.
10. Enjoyment
I only do things exceptionally well when I enjoy doing them. Therefore I need to make everything that I
need to do, the most enjoyable it can possibly be. Creating an enjoyable atmosphere means that those around me will enjoy it too.
11. Systems
The systems at Rousler are what make the team and I perform excellently. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced. I always look to the system for a solution. If a challenge arises I use a system correction before I look for a people correction. I use a system solution in my innovation rather than a people solution. I support the continuous excellence of the team by identifying and implementing improvements to the systems at the earliest opportunity.
12. Consistency
To be consistently excellent within every area of the Rousler business, I am to be excellent at being consistent. Consistency is delivered when I know what to do, know when to do it, knowing that I know the outcome. I am consistent in my actions so that my clients, team members and suppliers feel comfortable in dealing with me at all times. I am disciplined in my work so my results, growth and success are consistent.
13. Appreciation
In order that I consider anything to be worth doing, I need to receive appreciation for what I’ve done. I look for what the team, suppliers and our clients do well, and compliment them on it. I appreciate what other people do for me in both my work and personal life and thank them for it. I appreciate everything that has happened to me in my life, and the way it has shaped me to be the person I am today.
14. Abundance
I am an abundant person, I deserve abundance and I am easily able to both give and receive it. I allow abundance in all areas of my life by respecting my own self worth and that of all others. I am rewarded to the level that I create abundance for others and I accept that abundance only shows up in my life to the level at which I show up.
